A few hours on a (mostly) sunny afternoon in the Lomonds

Lomond Hills Reservoirs, Xanthoparmelia loxodes

A nice morning in the most and easterly wind around the Lomond Hills reservoirs. I managed to mostly dodge the rain, though I did have a bit of a trudge back to the car with my hood up.

Xanthoparmelia loxodes. This one took me some time since I started from the false premise that is was a Melania type. I had to back off to the broader Parmelia group key in Dobson to finally get there.
